I am having problems getting a Pod Point installation Home Charger. The only thing preventing me getting my installation is a Catch 22 situation between Pod Point, Santander Consumer Services and HM Governments OZEV Grants department.
Pod Point are insisting that I contact Santander Consumer Services to persuade them to Fill out a template of a letter to facilitate an easy application for my OZEV Grant. My problem is that Santander have refused to use Pod Points template and will only supply their standard lease documentation which omits to have the lease start date in numeric format. I’m assured by the Pod Point team that this is not acceptable with the OZEV Grant department.
Has any one else had this problem with other Charge Point installations or other Finance companies?
