Hey guys, the paint on the internal buttons and dials is lifting on my pre-facelift MG5. I was wondering of anyone else had this issue, and if it can be reversed or repaired?
I can't say Ive ever seen this in another car I've been in before 🥲

The dial problem has been seen before but I don't think we've had any reports on the switches.
Fortunately, the dial cover is replaceable (and quite cheap IIRC).
Glad to know it's cheap at least. The switches havent cracked or anything and honestly dont super bother me, but its definitely getting worse as time goes on 🙁

Thank you 😁
Contacted my local dealership, but if theyre unable to or if it costs too much Ill get this part 🫶

So I bought that part, and its the park button cover and not the twisty bit 😓
This is a part I was wanting to replace eventually due to the deep nail marks in it at least, so its not a total waste
Im passing by Baldock on the Saturday so I think I'll pop by to see if they might have the specific part I need.
