Printing a thread

Is there any way I can print a whole thread on a particular subject on this forum?

Using a PC, only method I can quickly think of is to use the print function on each web page of the thread like a screenshot (in Chrome click the hamburger three dots, select print and change destination to 'Save as PDF')
Once you have saved all the pages then use a free PDF merge utility to combiine them into one document........and then print.

Google 'free pdf joiner' and there are many usually online and easy to use. You can download and install one such as PDFsam if you wanted to.

Copy and paste the contents into a text file or word document?

I use Firefox and the easiest way to do this is to go into Reader Mode (F9).

Thanks for the replies. Some forums I have been on have a function that condenses it and gets rid of all the miscellaneous stuff you don't want.

I also use Firefox so will try the F9.

it's not specifically set up for printing but it does get rid of all the extraneous rubbish

Read subject, and my brain assumed it was a post about 3D printing

Copy and paste is not the answer as it lists everything in a single column with 9 lines for the posters details followed by their post.

F9 in Firefox looks to be the best but it seems to miss some of the posts.

I want to dump 4 pages of posts into Word or Notepad and then delete irrelevant posts to get rid of posts that do not have info I need. The post I am looking at is this one - Secret menu Mk2 - Pin but it might just be easier to take my Laptop out to the car

Just checked the print options and printing to PDF seems to do this quite well.

That is an alternative means of reaching the print option but still only prints the current page you are on, but the option to print to PDF is still there.

Yes but most threads are only 2 or 3 pages long, so it's no problem if you have to do it 2 or 3 times (if it was your only option), but you still end up printing all the unnecessary stuff as well.
