Radio Favorite stations switching

Is it normal that I can't switch between preset radio stations using the steering wheel buttons?

In my car, the steering wheel button only performs a station scan (searching for the next available frequency), and there's no option to change this behavior to switch between my saved/preset stations.

Is this expected, or am I missing something in the settings?

I do not that use steering wheel radio controls but use the big screen controls this suits me.

It doesn't seem reasonable that I have to take my eyes off the road and use the infotainment screen just to switch radio stations while driving.

In every other car I've owned, I was able to change between preset stations using the steering wheel

Any updates on this ? I would also like to flick through my favorites rather than going to the next station.

Yea i was thinking that might be the case. I wonder would an ottocast of something similar help in any way. Using a radio app through android auto/carplay??

The apps has delays, I don't like them.
