Although Glyn Hopkins St. Albans (where I bought my Cyberster GT from) is nearest to my home in South Cambs, it's still a fair distance so as I am often in Bury St. Edmunds I decided to book its first service there at Rawlinson.
1st impressions were not good. They currently have no online booking (unlike Glyn Hopkins) so I rang the published number - the service agent was away from desk, and when they hadn't called me back after 1hr as promised I tried again with same result. They never did call me back. So I gave it one last chance and dropped in on them. From this point on everything changed and the experience was very good.
The service itself was quoted upfront as £162 which seems to be very fair. The agents were extremely polite and friendly, and the information provided was helpful and timely.
On balance I would certainly recommend them, but there is one thing that absolutely seals the deal...PARKING. They have loads of it! Their bays are conjoined with a spacious retail parking area that seems little-used so there is absolutely no problem finding somewhere to park up. This contrasts enormously with pretty much every other dealership I've used - they are always really cramped and difficult to manouevre in. For me makes a huge difference to the experience.
