I’m surprised that no-one has posted about this EV conversion of the MGB up to now. RBW have produced an EV version of the classic MGB, being available in soft or hard top. It can manage a range of 160 miles and the existing battery pack of 6 units which can be extended with the addition of a seventh unit if wanted. Top speed only 87mph but does have a 7” touchscreen with sat-nav etc installed.

Interested? Well start saving up or win the lottery! About £90,000!

Doesn't appeal to me.
I'd want it original or not at all.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but there us TV series called Vintage Voltage and some engineers in Wales convert various cars from
ICE to electric. The cars range from vintage Italian to long wheelbase land rover defender. The defender could do 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds.
It is a bit repetitive but worth a look if you haven’t seen it. I think it’s on the Quest channel.

There's a Youtube video of a Citroen 2CV conversion. looks cool but at a cost of about £45,000 I'll give it a miss.
