Rear Light cluster

Hi, has anyone had the fleet trim fall out of their rear light cluster?

No idea just noticed hanging out. It's in for a service in a few weeks so I will tuck it back in and see what they say when they have it in.

Make sure you pull it back out before you hand it to them for the service.

Does it offer any protection from weather ingress from entering into the boot space ?.
Which would be a concern.
