The long-awaited "RECALL CAMPAIGN" has finally begun in Italy (MG£ hybrid +).
- Seat fastening mechanism.

Registered letter with return receipt arrived.
I need to make an appointment with the MG dealer.
Response time: 30 minutes.

It's a shame the dealer doesn't have the parts.
They'll order the bracket and screws; when they arrive, they'll schedule a half-day appointment.
Let's hope for the best. . . .

For this type of repair, a replacement car is not available:
The repair will only last half an hour, but the car will be kept for half a day.
Replacement cars are available for a fee only.
That's what they told the MG dealer.

Does anyone know what is actually done to the seat ?

I called MG service and they confirmed that my car was covered by this "repair campaign."
I booked the service May 16th.
