Replacement Car

After almost exactly 8weeks of going into and out of dealership, old car brand new, picked up 18/9 hybrid + trophy Hampstead grey has been exchanged/replaced by Hybrid + black pearl below. It’s been a journey, and really hope I made right decision to replace rather than reject. To be fair Dealership Wilson’s Epsom have been really supportive all through the tribulations with the infotainment system problems - usb disk initialisation failure - power drain on battery, no one could find leading to flat battery and replacements. Been in dealership 5 of 8 week life! Really hope previous car was a one off, only picked up replacement yesterday so far so good.

Hi, up until Friday (28th/11) absolutely fine, I had exact same problem with Radio at exactly same place and then error message “usb disk initialisation failure” instigated a hard software start with taking negative off battery for 15mins and then replace. Worked fine and error gone, obviously told dealer. But otherwise ok mpg not as good as first car slightly down on same coverage.
