I just changed the reversing standard bulb to LED and the outcome was great! So much brighter & improve the visibility. Please see photos:

Looks like there a definite improvement on visibility. Did u have a view from reversing camera before and after ?
Also bulb spec and bulb changing instructions would be helpful . Want to give it a go

Hi the removal of bulb is quite easy:
  1. Remove the plastic cover using a flat head screw driver
  2. Loosen the 3x nuts holding the light cluster assembly using a 8mm spanner with extension bar
  3. Disconnect the white connector
  4. Push off the rubber grommet and the light cluster assembly including the black side trim will come off
  5. Once removed locate the reversing bulb, unhook the wire so that you can fully twist counter clockwise holding the bulb
  6. Pull the standard bulb out and insert the LED bulb
  7. All done & reverse the process. There is also a video in youtube on how to replace the bulb on a Gen 1 ZS but it’s quite similar to Gen 2 just skip to 6min:

Sorry I didn’t took a photo of the screen but I can tell it’s much brighter. I bought the LED bulb via amazon courtesy of one of the forum member @hoverdonkey link below:

Fab.. thank you very much

Just replaced mine, using the bulbs recommended above, and quite an improvement. Thanks to @Tim29 for the fitting instructions, they made the job much easier (y)

Which bulbs aren't LED on the 2nd Gen models? Is it just the reverse lights?
License plate light, boot light & indicators (rear/side). I’ve changed the boot & license plate light to LED as well.

How did you replace the licence plate lights? Remove the bumper?
It’s super easy and no need to remove the bumper. Just insert a flat head screw driver and gently pry on each side and the housing will pop out, turn the bulb holder anti clockwise to remove the bulb from the housing then simply pull off the bulb and install the LED. I installed T10 LED by the way. Please see photos 🙂
