Sat Nav update failed-now won't load or allow me to try again.

Sigh.
Hi all, Sat Nav update from USB failed, Nav now wont load and now won't allow me to try the update again.
Anyone have any suggestions for recovery? I've tried:
1. Complete reset to factory.
2. Ignition off and then on.
3. Reset by holding Home switch for 20 seconds or so.

No luck

Try disconnecting the 12V battery for 10 minutes.

Had this problem on my old MG5 and the Infotainment Unit had to be sent back to Longbridge for reprogramming.

SOLVED:
I reformatted the Flashdrive (NTFS file system is quicker when copying the maps over to the Flashdrive). Resinstalled the Map updates on the USB flash drive. then tried again. It found the maps this time and installed correctly.
The latest Map updates as of this date are Q3 2024.
As a note, the maps seem slower and I can't seem to see any EV charging stations, Even though its enabled on the screen.

Ill try and reboot again. Maybe they are downloading in the background

OK all works now. Except I have the dreaded SOS fault coming and going at random times. Which also affects the sat Nav. I have full 4G signal 5 bars showing on the screen when his happens, so its not antenna/signal.
Its going in for a service tomorrow so see what they can find.
