Satnav problem

Hi everyone,
Just got a new ZS EV and it’s great, but there is a problem with the car’s navigation system. I enter a destination and press go, but the system does not track the car’s position. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks in advance for any help.

Apparently, you need to go into settings, and deselect ‘dead reckoning’. The hold down the physical home button (not the one on the touch screen) until the MG comes back on. It should the work perfectly.

Wow, thank you Susanna for such a prompt reply. In fact, I was out at the car trying that solution that you posted as I had found it in an earlier post and it worked! So I am even more delighted with the car and this forum.

We picked up our new ZS a week ago. I was about to call the dealership as Sat Nav doing the same thing. Used the forum and found the solution.

Have you tried holding down the "home" button until the screen restarts?

Sounds like a trip to the dealership is in order.
