Really? All he said was Hello, told us his name, that he was from China. And he works for SAIC. And he is proud to own an MG as he actually helps build them.
I know rules are rules. But in this particular case. They are a bit antiquated.
I bet not One member on here, gave that post, a second thought.

My Grandad worked for British Austin Rover whatever in the 80s and 90s and didn't get their cars despite being offered a discount.

I saw that early post and was ready to set up an import export deal.

Then realised we had absolutely nothing to offer him that he couldn't already get, much cheaper in China, so I completely binned the idea.

I am a Spanish user with a MG EHS luxury before the modification of late 2023.

In Spain we call them EHS before the "restyling".

Many of the Spanish users, including myself, have not had any software update for the car, and we cannot connect via iSmart either.

Therefore, I would like to participate in your forum, if you allow me.

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I do not currently own an EV but I do drive the MG HS Trophy 2024.

I found this site as I was looking how to fix a problem with the Amazon music in the car, seems like I have found it from someone's post (Apparently you only get 1GB a month)

Main question now though is: Is there an equivalent forum for the MG petrol cars? I don't want to bother users if I don't actually belong here.

Silverhoop. Doesn't matter about not being an EV. It's a modern MG. So the technology will be pretty much the same.
Sure someone will be along soon.

Hello!

My MG4 Trophy 72 plate (used purchase) gets delivered next Tuesday. It'll be my first EV.

I've had a right time arranging for a charger to be installed, and my adaptions to be fitted (I am a disabled driver needing a left foot accelerator and secondary hand control) but it's all finally sorted and I cannot wait to get behind the wheel!

I am coming from a Fabia VRS Mk2

Because of my disability and the lack of adapted demo cars as a rule, I am unable to test drive any cars and I am not eligible for the Motability scheme, so thats added fun.

Anyway, Hi!

I appreciate that both thank you I decided (well my wife did!!!) that we should go for Orange for the MG4 so its a similar sporty ish style to my Green/Black vRS. I will miss it though its 13 years old and seen my kids grow up. Still onwards and upwards!
