Hi people, EV newbie here, looking to buy S5 in the next month or so, test drives to be undertaken. That said I think I am pretty sold after watching pretty much every review available on YouTube! Plus on top of that i am a badge tart, (yes of course I know it isn't a 'proper' MG before anyone says!) I have owned MG Maestro, ZS V6 180, ZS, MG6 and TF in the past, my personal plate M6 xxx will look good. Since moving away from MG's I have had several Jaguars s and XF, a velar, a couple Mercs CLC and SLK ending up with two Subaru XVs for my last 2. Now I am retired a bit more cost concious, and not quite so bothered about image, speed etc I fancy once again owning the MG badge. Other possibilities are things like the volvo ex30, new nissan leaf, toyota chr+ to name a few but they are all so damned expensive! I doubt i will do more than 10000 a year now, mostly local. Convince me why an S5 Trophy long range will do the job

Hi Miles, you don't say what your car is.
It has me wondering if you've bought one yet and are looking for advice and experiences of members here.
Anyway, as said this is a great place to just hang out and pick up tips. There are a few members that no longer have MGs, but still hang around with good advice and humour.
