Screen Freeze/dark and not responsive

My EV is 3 months old, and suddenly yesterday the screen&entertainment system started to freeze. I tried turning Bluetooth off to avoid connection issues, still same. Turned car on/off, nothing changed. Parking camera is lagging, once it is on, than it doesn't come back to main screen automatically, I drove 3 miles 40 mph still Parking camera was on the screen. Push home button, black screen... etc et ...
Anyone experienced the same?

I've seen folk saying MG tried an ota update, could be that. Try disconnecting the 12v battery for a minute to reset everything.

Just noticed you drive a ZS so no idea if the ota applies to your car. Maybe @MG Clive can move the post for you?
