Seat belts alert 🔇

I noticed that I didn't have this alert on my MG3 even though someone in the back seat hadn't fastened their seatbelt.

Could I have changed a setting?

Not sure about settings, but was the car moving at the time? I think it may only illuminate if the car has actually set off and is travelling at above a few km/h.
