The MG website says you can buy a plan from a dealer, but you can also buy it from the MG website:

This asks you to choose a dealer and I presume that's because service charges are different at different parts of the country. But after that the plan is purchased through the main website.
So I wouldn't expect the Ts and Cs would be different for each dealer.
And as far as I can see, you can go right through the plan purchase process right to the actual payment point without any information about the Ts and Cs of the contract you're about to commit to!!!
Bang on. The terms and conditions which apply are emailed to you from the dealer who you've either nominated or used for the plan, they are branded with the dealer details and logo and are after the details of the plan you've agreed to.I suspect the Terms and Conditions might come from whichever individual Dealer you take out a Service Plan with, but you might find something here > MG Service Plans.
I'm with you - that's why I asked a similar question yesterday. The MG website says you can buy a plan from a dealer, but you can also buy it from the MG website:

I don't actually get what you mean by terms and conditions in this context. You are buying the next X number of years servicing plus MOT if you choose it. It states clearly what you are paying for.
You don't ask for terms and conditions if you're buying a banana or a TV set.

If you have an existing service plan you should have received a confirmation email of it and the terms and conditions would have come with it.So the reason I asked about this is :
I've had a 5 year service plan for a MG4 and this has had its first two services.
I now want to set up a new 5 year service plan for a new car.
All the dealer has said is that "funds are transferable".
The calculations are quite complicated and I would like to know what amount would be transferred, and I would assume that this would be defined by the terms and conditions.
OK?
Thanks for that.If you have an existing service plan you should have received a confirmation email of it and the terms and conditions would have come with it.
I was able to calculate how much I had paid into my original service plan, deduct the cost of the single service I'd had and work out the balance, that tallied with the amount transferred to my new plan.
Will you be using the dealer for your new car or going elsewhere? Thanks for that.
I've already searched through my emails and can't find it.
I also am able to do the calculations and I think they owe me £296.18.
I'm pleased that you had a satisfactory experience with your dealer, I'm not optimistic about mine.
