Sideview mirror heating

Hi everyone. Quick question - the sideview mirrors in my HS have the heating sign on them, but in the mornings when they are frosted over because of the cold, not sure how to get the heating working on them so that they clear up. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

In the ZS they come on when you turn the rear de-mist on?

They come on with the rear screen heater, takes a bit longer than you might think though.

Controlled via the HRW heated rear window switch, it has a built in time delay, so if you forget you have turned them on, they will turn off automatically after a while.
Unless you power down the car first, then you will have to turn them back on again.
