I see a lot instalingl this struts , but those Square nuts in the bonnet are the Rustfree ?
when thighten them would the paint inside be broke and start rusting the metal inside ,
I don't know If it needs a nylon washer too like on the car side s well ?

Good question. I don't think nylon nuts would be ideal as they might give over time and cause the fastenings to become loose. A squirt of waxoyl inside the bonnet after installing will help

NOW What do we need to do in the UK to use this ?!? - I have 90% of the kit c/o the Leaf - So its just the feet I need to change - ?!

I don't think there'd be enough compression force in this situation for Nylon washers to give way. It's not as if there's a reciprocating force acting on the joints hundreds of times a day.
