Soundproofing strips for MG?

Saw these soundproofing strips on Temu & wondered if anyone had tried them, I hear a fair bit of noise on motorways, I know it’s not the same as deadening material but it might help seal some of the wind noise, you have to be careful to not cover door drain holes but the rest looks straightforward.

They look quite good actually, they should also help to stop some of the rain and dirt getting onto the sills.
