Source London Chargers

Hey

I live in London Hackney and I am looking at using the Source London network.

ZapMap states they have over night caps from 20:00 - 07:00.

Can anyone confirm if this is true? I tried their support but not heard back yet.

Also is anyone currently using them? What is your experience?

It looks like they've changed their tariff structure.

You used to pay by the minute and there was an over night cap.

Now it looks like they charge by the kwh with idle fees.

*If you are a registered Source London member, the idle fee does not apply to you overnight from 12am to 7am. For PAYG users, the idle fee applies 24/7.

Ubitricity may be a better bet. No idle fees and it's cheaper.

Yeah that’s what I had read.

With the cap it would have been a good option for me when I wanted a full charge.

I am planning on using a few different charger options.

Was trying to get away with one app or card but it looks like the only way to get best prices is to sign up with them.

I am with octopus so will probably get a juice card as well.
