Space Saver

Anyone put a space saver in their hybrid+ ? I’ve bought an Audi A3 space saver which has the same pcd as ours but not sure on the bore size as a couple of sites are giving 2 sizes of 66.5 and 57.1 . I’ve still to try and fit to see if it will .

Interested to see if your space saver fits. See you have modified the polystyrene block. Does your boot floor still fit OK or will it rest on the wheel. Pity MG has fitted the 12v battery and charger in the spare wheel well and made life difficult for owners who would like a space saver wheel.

Yes boot floor sits ok just you could probably cut more of the polystyrene at the battery side for a larger diameter wheel . Mines is an 18 inch but u certainly couldn’t go with a bigger wheel without maybe putting some strips across the front and back of polystyrene to raise the floor .

Ok folks finally got round to fitting the space saver due to a slow puncture and it fits no problem at all . Looks tiny in the wheel well mind you but if it’s get me home safe ans sound that’ll do me

Yes they do look quite comical don't they, but as you say, as long as it gets you home safely.
