Speed Assist System on FL

For love nor money I cannot work out how to activate this. It's in the manual on P179 and whatever I do upon going into the Vehicle settings it will not enable manual speed assist or Intelligent Speed Assist. Any clues?

You need to push the acc stalk all the way back so that acc and my pilot are fully disabled. Then you can enable speed assist

Hi. I had a senior moment when I was trying to use the intelligent speed assist, yes, in the first instance you need to disable ACC by pushing the bottom stalk all the way off. Then when you select SPEED ASSIST, MANUAL, you dial in the speed using the bottom stalk, but you then must also press the set button on the end of the stalk, same for intelligent speed assist, must still press set on stalk to activate. Hope this helps, please ignore if fathoms it out.
