Steering wheel / entertainment issue ?

Curious to get feedback on whether there is a steering wheel or entertainment screen issue on our ZS EV.

The other person that uses our ZS EV (SWMBO) reports that the steering wheel phone button doesn't work on Bluetooth. that the screen air con buttons don't work properly and that the voice control randomly kicks in and 'doesn't understand' (presumably her Anglo-Saxon) when the voice control button hasn't been pressed.

The entertainment module was recently updated by the dealer so should be up to date.

Does it sound like I have a steering wheel / entertainment screen issue ?

Difficult to say without trying it. What is your ZS model, "connect" or "trophy"?

Air-con on-screen controls? Can you try it works whilst parked?

Hi Thanks for the reply. It's a Trophy (standard range). If the bluetooth phone connection fully connects then the phone button on the steering wheel does work. It needs a quick press and release and doesn't seem to do anything if you dwell on the button for anything more than an instant.

The air con buttons might be user-related but having shown the good lady that there are physical buttons, she is once again happy.

I can stop searching AutoTrader (again).
