Switching MPH to km/h

Has anyone found a way to switch MPH to km/h - or even display both? Would be useful when travelling in Europe. The car must be capable as it sells in all markets, but probably a deep setting that isn't easily accessible

FL you can do it in the settings. It is one or the other but not both.

As @simorgan42 says. In the FL MG5 it's Settings | General | Units | km/miles
