Sync EV bought by owners of Masterplug

Yes, announced yesterday...

Interesting that a company with such large brand names under it's belt wanted Sync EV. I know that a number of commercial contracts started using Sync EV for their fleets so hopefully some improvements to the app etc. in the pipeline with some money thrown at the brand.

No idea how much they paid but one has to assume cheap (i.e. affordable to Luceco) and/or available. EV charging is a huge market and everyone wants in. My day job is for an energy major working on their EV portfolio and we are buying anything not nailed down at the moment, good, bad or indifferent.
