Who has swapped the shiny silver for a black one?

Was one of the first things I added to my x power when it came home, IMPO the contrast of the black against a light colour like the volcano orange just works.

With the S6 it’s not been as straight forward, the rear uses the badge I had left over from the x power, but the front was totally different in size and couldn’t find one from the usual suppliers.

However things are looking up, thanks to a post on here managed to find one for the front, currently in transit but fingers crossed.

I must be in the minority as I'm not over keen on the black badge. I put one on my red MG4 and removed it after a few weeks. I think the main problem for me is that it makes the lines thicker also I don't mind a bit of chrome. Perhaps that's because I started driving when cars had chrome bumpers, wing mirrors, window surrounds and trim following the swage line down the side of the car etc.

I spent some time finding one that had the same, or at least very similar line thickness to the original. I didn't want them to be too chunky
