Things I have learned about the S6 today.

I'm planning to do some upgrades on the stereo this summer, so will have to investigate where things are located and connected. If the antenna is connected with standard antenna connector, I'll probably replace it with a windscreen antenna. Got to find the amp/media reciever first...

Just checking with others, button number 2 on the steering wheel on mine when I press it, it brings up the speed limiter. In the owners manual it says it is for the 360 camera and the icon on the button looks like both the limiter and camera icon. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

It's the speed limiter. 360 camera doesn't have its own button, unless you assign it to one of the star keys, which I have done.
What's weird and annoying, is that the speed limiter does not work with Cruise control. Even my 2014 Passat had cruise control with sign and speed limit recognition.

within 5 minutes we are bombarded with adds for such things.
If that's internet advertising, try Vivaldi browser. It has built in ad and tracking blocking and no AI.
I switched from Brave, which was actually not too bad but Vivaldi is even better.

Dont know if anyone else has noticed this, but its happened to me a few times now. If its been raining overnight, when I first pull away from standstill in the morning I can hear water flowing and sloshing around somewhere, it must drain out as I drive up the road because it doesn't happen again until next time it rains. I had a look at the bottom of the doors but there are no drain holes visible there.

Nope. Car was outside today and it was pouring down all day. No sign of water sloshing around.

Not experienced that, over here we have 1478 words for rain so I know about moistness.

I was having a rummage around in the various nooks and crannies of my S6 and came across the subwoofer.
It's in the boot.
Under an expanded polystyrene cover
Which is under the boot floor
Which is potentially under a pile of luggage.
I don't understand how one is expected to hear the sub output inside the car.
Or maybe I'm just having a blond moment.👱‍♂️

Bass is pretty much omni directional, sub woofers in the boot are pretty common, in fact there’s a rather nifty after market one designed to be mounted in a spare wheel if you had one.

The quality of the car’s sub woofer is another thing. 😉

Without starting a new thread, the ‘From Last Charge’ trip meter, does this only automatically zero after 100% and not any other percentage?

It should reset to zero from the point you charge the car, I'll check mine when the other half returns, although I do think I had to do a long press reset shortly after getting the car to get it to do that as it was just accumulating. Would have been useful if I'd mentioned that in here wouldn't it?

What's your total screen showing?

I have charged the car to 80% twice now and it has to reset. The ‘Last Charge’ mileage is still the accumulation of the total since I collected the car. Same as my ‘Total Accumulation’ mileage.
