Things I have learned about the S6 today.

Can you post a pic of the total accumulation screen?

I hope no-one minds me adding to this?
Less than a week into ownership:
  • The heated steering wheel is the perfect temperature
  • Heated seats are a delight and even though the base doesn't tilt (like the last 6 or 7 cars) it does give enough support for my legs
  • The Infotainment lag I have heard about is pretty much the same as my old Kodiaq
  • It doesn't roll much in bends
  • I love the app and the digi-key - going to the hospital still for rehab, I only need my phone so one less thing to forget and get to the car park, standing next to my car like a knob
  • It's cavernous
  • I still haven't seen another one on the roads around here
  • It just wafts its way to 50 mph
  • Sport mode nearly made me wet my pants
  • Both door mirrors tip down in reverse
  • My kids love it

Excellent, wait until you try the cooled seat function :)

Ohhh looking forward to that in the summer. I have not tried the heated steering wheel or seats yet as it hasn't been cold enough since I got the car.
In December I had my aortic valve replaced and have been on beta blockers since. They leave me with REALLY cold hands, so the heated steering wheel is bliss!! 🥰

Had mine replaced 13 years ago, with my meds I'm always cold especially in the extremities, heat ed steering wheel is bliss. :)

The kWh/100 km only goes up to 28,9, which is is very weird.
So on short trips, where most of the energy goes to heat the cabin, you have no idea of the actual consumption, as it's higher then 28,9kWh/100 km.

I had to enable DST in time settings as the damned clock scared the shit out of me when I was heading to an appointment 😱
Likewise!
And I also found that the infotainment screen and cluster DO adjust brightness automatically. It's just that the light mode is too bright in the dark, even at the lowest setting. I had it at 15, and when I drove through a tunnel, it went down to the lowest setting, and back up again when I came out of the tunnel. If they could make an option to switch it between light mode and dark mode instead, that would be great.

As has been said, in response to point 5.

All new MGs support OTA updates however MG haven't implemented it.
It is due to be rolled out to the IMs this year.

If the updates are like other makes they will arrive when your car has been left linked to your house WiFi
Kia updates over cellular not sure why these need wifi.
