A couple of times, my MGS6 has thrown up some "Low tyre pressure" warnings for different tyres... however, when I check on the dash, on one occasion, all tyres were showing the same pressure (but only one was warning about it) and were at what the dealer set them to on delivery (39.4psi)

On another occasion, the tyre that triggered to low pressure warning was showing as being the highest pressure - 40.4psi!

Is this just a normal MG "Quirk"?

Yup. Happens occasionally but clears quickly, had the same on my x power.

Just reading your post again, noticed you said dealer set 39.4 psi, recommended pressure with cold tyres is 2.5 bar which is roughly 37 psi. Not much of a difference but thought I’d mention it. Have you your own pressure guage or is that from the car read out?

Yes, mine was pumped up to 2.9 bar on delivery (with a warning somewhere in the manual not to exceed 3 bar!). Deflated them to 2.65 and internal readout shows 2.6 on a warmish day so I guess it's pretty accurate. S6 is supposed to be 2.5, compared to my old ZS for 2.8 .... ???

If the sensors start popping up random warnings, record it and ask the dealer to sort it out...

Yup I had this last week. One day it was the left front warning then it was the right rear. All tyres showing 2.6bar in the app. Cisually checked the tyres and nothing untowards. Drove abit and the warning went away. I expect these false warning during winter due to the much colder temperature affecting pressure but not this time with the warmer temperature.

I’ve had the same but seems to disappear almost instantly. All pressure checked & seems fine

I pumped my tyres cold at 37.1psi. When warmed up the tyres do go over 40psi.

Never look at mine cold, will do later when I'm out, I know warm pressure will increase of course, but even though I'm happy with imperial, for some reason with tyres I'm happier with bar.

Whilst I’m stuck on the M1 currently, I do expect the pressure to increase on warm tyres but didn’t expect to be this much. All four tyres started the day at 37.1psi.

My pressure this morning. I also noticed the vehicle graphic is different between the 2 models.
Now that is interesting, just for reference can you switch to measuring in bar and see if it changes? I’d check mine in psi but the car’s not available. Also what screen mode are you using?

Yours looks much angrier ... maybe it's connected to the driver monitoring system? 😂
Mine is the dual motor. When it’s in RWD the rear motor lights up blue with energy either going from the battery (in the middle of the vehicle graphic) to the motor or in regen motor to the battery. Or when in AWD then the front motor also light up blue. One way to know if the car is running RWD or AWD. Does it not have that in the RWD version?

I have intelligent drive screen on left and speedo in centre. The app shows it in bar, this is the not driven tyre pressure (37.7psi).

Ok, that’s the speed screen option which I use mainly, I know the app shows bar, I was wondering if you switched to bar in the car itself does the display colour change.

Ah thought you knew. I would have thought the long range would have similar graphics minus the front motor. It graphically shows battery driving the motor or regen power back to battery.
Now I look at it I can see both motors, still LR not showing as active, think it’s cause I was not taking pic with system active, not an issue but like these details. Lr shows regen wnhen driving also.
