USB Wireless SmartBox 4D6D Usb Android Auto device restarting intermittantly on OK google commands

I am using the smartBox-4D6D version 25021621.2803.2 on my MG4 EV. I am getting intermittent issues at times with voice control using "OK Google", the device is restarting. Anyone used one of these and had same issue?

I have one of these. Haven't really tried to talk to it yet so not sure. I did update the firmware the moment I got it connected a couple of weeks ago and while it doesn't match the manual or the video on YouTube apart from looks, it has behaved surprisingly well.

Have you tried using the long press on the steering wheel to activate the voice control? In my car a short press activates the car control and a long press passes through to Android Auto.
