Victory MG - Tweed Heads South - MG Dealer Discussion, Opinions & Experiences

Victory MG - Tweed Heads; Too few staff, not enough knowledge, too little skills and zero care.

Within warranty, the Type Pressure Monitoring System [TPMS] light on my 2023 MG HS+EV turned on and remained on.
Asked Victory MG Tweed to service car and rectify the light. Come pickup, TPMS light still on.
I was told they checked the tyre pressures and to drive ~50km and the light should go off. After the 60km drive home...light still on.
Second service [Nov2024]- and specifically requested they address the problem.
To quote from their report [see photo of Invoice notes]: Victory MG Tweed state ALL tyre sensors require replacement, Rebook for repair
They estimated ~$300-350 for repair. [Not covered under warranty as Tyres are 'consumables'...yet this is a Management System Sensor...not rubber. Oh well.]

Finally, tried three times to contact Victory MG Tweed by phone to pre-book service with the ordering of the tyre sensors...left multiple messages, finally requested principal to call back...just got silence.

Decided to book into Von Bibra MG Robina and they offered a service spot available in three days [June2025]. Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable - stating that with arrival of winter, tyres chill and the light can come but should go off when tyres warm up, but they would check it out thoroughly.

Service today - and Von Bibra MG invoice report states: Inspected and found Tyre Pressures at 30PSI. Topped up to 36PSI. Recalibrated Sensors and All Okay.
The charge was $0.01 (actually it was rounding up from Job#1 [service] of $299.99).
Checked the TPMS when leaving Robina (cold tyres) and when arriving home (hot tyres) and all systems are go! Thanks Von Bibra MG!!!

So whilst Victory MG Tweed states on their website:
"At Victory MG, our skilled MG servicing team comprises experienced MG technicians who are committed to maintaining your MG vehicle at its optimal performance level"
and
"...with MG Genuine parts and MG trained technicians who can professionally and accurately diagnose your vehicle and get you back on the road sooner and smoothly."
It can only be deduced that this is all marketing and a long way from reality.
As I said: Victory MG Tweed Heads: Too few staff, not enough knowledge, too little skills and zero care.
