Thanks Jamesie - isn't this 'just' out of date for you folk in the Borders?! ? I offered to show some of my mates from Gala and Selkirk the wonders of indoor plumbing when they had to answer the call of nature outside, after a few pints (pre-Covid, of course!).

They obviously don't have these modern fangled things that far south, in Scotland!
