Problems with the EV 4 Charging point - no green light

I have a 2023 MG 4 and occasionally when I am plugging in the car to charge, the green lights on the charging point will not light up.
I have turned it off / on and re-attached the power lead, to no avail.
Has anyone else had a similar issue or some advice?

Hi all. My charging port lights have stopped working when I plug in to charge at home, I was wondering if anyone else has also had this issue?

Not the biggest problem, I'm absolutely loving the MG4!
