Bear in mind that (in the UK/EU) a warranty is over and above your consumer rights ... sellers/manufacturers don't have any obligation...

TMaybe there's been a misunderstanding ... the insurer would indeed sue MG (if they felt it necessary) but it would be done in the policy...
