Help! My ZS EV 2023 won't charge

Still having problems with my charger interface so I have tried setting up the MG App. When I try to bind the car to. my phone with the QR code it tells me that I can't because it is already bound to the phone of a previous owner and that I can't unbind it without their permission. I bought the car 18 months ago. Could it by the case that my problems are caused by another phone controlling my charging schedule?

Yes. You need to unbind the previous user. I believe it takes 72 hours. If you search the forum you will find the instructions on how to do it.
