Voice recognition activation

Anybody know how to activate voice recognition

As far as I understand, the voice button just works with your smartphone's assistant once it is connected through Apple Carplay or Android Auto.

MG say you activate it by saying 'hello MG' when you turn on the car and it connects via ismart

I've tried almost everything on my hs but it still doesn't work.

It works for me using android auto connected with a wifi dongle not wired, hey google to use voice commands.

Just noticed you have the HS, I have the ZS Trophy hybrid plus

Only works with Carplay or Android Auto. Ismart has no part in it.
