What’s the very first CD you bought / got?

I had that one on vinyl, then I got it on cassette for the car, then I went all modern and got it on CD.

I recorded my CD onto a C90 for the car. Which at the time was a 1979 Ford Cortina 2.0GL
Back in the days when a computer wasn't required to fix vehicles.

I've just joined & I see that you're a Moderator.
A couple of weeks ago I PX'd my trusty 2019 Ford for a brand new 2026 HS PHEV.
It's a toe dipping experiment into the world of EV's & I'll freely admit it feels extremely odd. It goes like sh!t off a chrome plated shovel & in total silence!

Is there not a section to introduce yourself?
And is there a HS PHEV section for questions/answers?
As I have plenty of questions to ask. As well as potentially useful info reference the issues I had with error messages when trying to use my 12yr old USB flash drive. Full of a lifetime of my music. It drove me mad, but I eventually solved it with help from a far more techy mate.

Yes to both, but for some reason they're hard to find, I've been here 2 years now and still finding my way around.
Top left hand corner is your best bet.

Yes, there is a thread pinned at the top of the page this thread is on (General Chat) for people to say hello. And yes there is a section devoted to your particular car. If you go to the main index page of the forum and find the subforum for hybrids, you'll be able to navigate to it.

The spelling is very variable. It's spelled kena in the massive textbook of world musical instruments our musical director has. (He's an expert in the acoustics of musical instruments, but he at first didn't believe me when I said the instrument was pre-Columban.) I think the u is a concession to English speakers.

You are obviously very musical and I'm jealous, wish I could play an instrument!
I love all sorts of music, but I'm tone deaf and have no understanding of music structure. there's no way I could pick the difference between 440hz and 415hz if they aren't played one after the other.
Even though, in the main, I prefer baroque over classical.
Your director does surprise me, traditional South American Indian instruments don't have any European influence.
