I should add that the meal isn't in our usual rotation. They had some spatzle in Lidl ages ago and we had only used half the pack. Found it at the back of the cupboard and made a note to have it again.

No, through the heart, payback for showing off that he can afford real meat that doesn't come in a can with questionable sourcing of just what part of the animal it came from ..... tinned meat like that corned beef look even more suspect regarding contents than sausages
