No such thing ..... they were done for false advertising over here with them so I'm surprised it hasn't been the same over there .....

Aye most of those things say they’re flushable. Nonsense say l having spent some jaggy times unflushing them.
If it hasn’t passed through you don’t expect it to go through the pipes - even some “luxury “ toilet paper is a problem.

Basically, if it still stays together when wet, it won't breakdown enough to go through a macerator, all the way from the ones in an RV to the monsters in the sewer system, they just clog the chopper blades and then the whole thing has to be pulled apart to clean the blockage ..... not a nice job .....

There was some horrendous blockage in our street last year, but since the three houses surrounding me all had new babies, nobody knew who to blame. Maybe it was all of them and that's why it was so bad.
