Just found this on Youtube.

I thought I had a long journey, 1800 kilometres in France, with plenty of chargers. I wont ever complain again about the lack of them.

The one where I begin to get tired don’t use the fatigue warning it always comes on at the wrong time

Probably longest sequence was driving from Pau area in southwest France via Toulouse to drop my son off at the airport and then to my brothers place near Thiviers, about 300 miles. Then next morning from there to Cherbourg, approx 400 miles, ferry to Poole and then back home to Leeds, another 270 miles, so about 670 miles driving in one day. Journey from my brothers house to home took about 17 hours, needless to say was a bit knackered.

My longest journey was in a Fiat Barchetta. total of 2,267.2 miles (3,648.7 km) from the UK to Northern Italy. recorded 40hrs 43 mins driving and 26 hours 2 mins stopped. Max speed (on the Autobhan was 122.4MPH, 199.55km/h).

Fun part was the 15 hours return trip through 7 countries with the roof down.

Some decent journeys there chaps, my drives out are about 25 miles or less, and that's just because friends, family, and other needs are all within that radius. My longest so far in the EV was to take a mate to pick up his new van, and that was only 45 miles away. We'll be doing longer trips for leisure next year when the Mrs retires from work. 😊

We have done several road trips.
This year we flew into San Fransico on to Yosemite, back to Carmel and down HWY1 to LA. 1800 miles or so in a Mustang
We took the Morgan to the Loire valley & Vichy . 200o miles
2017 Route 66 (Chicago to LA via the Grand Canyon) 3,500 miles in a Mustang
2018 Felixstowe to Sorrento & back in our Morgan 3100 miles
1976 Devon to France, Spain, Algeria, Morocco , Tunisa , Sicily , Italy, CH, Germany , France & home on a Honda Four Hundred Four. 7600 miles

I guesss I have the bug

Furthest we have been with the MG4 is to Wollongong NSW via lots of friends place, and back via different friends places, around 5,000km round trip, but all except for the travelling around in NSW, the MG was on the trailer behind the motorhome
It did provide an excellent big battery to power the motorhome via V2L, worth the $30,000 purchase price just for that ..... well, and the fact it such a great car to drive ......

I’m planning a journey in my ZS Hybrid + from the West Midlands to Scotland. Stopping in Fort William, Loch Ness and Inverness.
Planned route 1000 miles.

You will be mostly running on petrol, so that journey is unremarkable, providing you schedule rest stops or overnights to actually appreciate your surroundings.

We are scheduled to stop over at Carlisle before and after going to Scotland plus stops in between. I am quite happy how the car goes on the motorway, 2 months ago travelling to East Midlands airport my ZS had 4 people and 4 cases I still managed to do 55 mpg whilst doing 65-70 mph
