This was a link I followed from Twitter, promising amazing results in covering up car scratch damage.

The web site says "available in all car colours" which seemed improbable, and the appearance of the spray bottle suggested the same spray was being used for all the cars. I clicked through as if I was going to buy some to see at what point they wanted to know what colour my car was, but that never arose. Just pay for the stuff.

I don't think it's possible for a single product to produce that sort of result on any colour of car. Is it just a scam where the product is cheap enough to attract sales, and then nobody makes a fuss when it doesn't work because they haven't lost a great deal?

It's a bit confusing. The demos show different paint colours being used.
But the explanation, says the spray dissolves the existing paint and runs it across the scratch, filling the scratch with the original paint.
But they don't do this in the demo! They use matching paint.

I certainly wouldn't be buying it from an ad like this. I'd want to see a real live demo first.
Even if the spay does melt the paint and gets it to run across the scratch,
I think that would still look messy, and uneven.
The other concern, is what does it do to the paint?

A good 2 part paint should be impervious to solvents, so I doubt it would work on that.
Spraying solvents on paint, doesn't seem like a good idea anyway.

Website whois gives an Icleandic address and phone number - Kalkofnsvegur 2, Reykjavik, Capital Region, 101 - tel:+354.4212434 This address and phone number come up associated with scams for a number of online 'ventures' going back years but it actually belongs to withheldforprivacy. com who's trustpilot rating is poor for that reason

All in all, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
