Congratulations on celebration another anniversary of your Birthday, the more you have, it seems the longer you live ..... having more than one birthday can become confusing, you are never sure which you is celebrating the event ......

But if you only count every other one can you last longer?

What about a leap year birthday. You could live a very long time. 🙄🤪
Nah, after a few drinks at the pub for your birthday celebrations, someone would get the dirts when you claimed you were only 1/4 of your real age. That progresses onto bets when you say you can prove it, then you show your birth certificate and claiming the Oliver Twist loop hole regarding your calculated age, and the losesr punch out the claimed 20 yrs old Birthday Boy as the clock passes midnight .... can't beat up the Birthday boy ..... the following day however, a 40 yr old beating on a 20 yr old would be seen as a fair fight

Looking forward to making a vegetarian lasagne tonight!

We keep part of the bolognaise we made last night so use as the red layer (with some extra tomato puree and red wine), make a white sauce to go between the red layer and the lasagne sheets.

Garlic bread and lettuce on the side. Gorgeous.

Homemade chilli for the last three nights made with two types of beans, black and red kidney, and three different chillies with added vegetables. The first night with rice, second with baked potato and last night with brown rice.

Tonight it's egg, chips and baked beans.

Finally convinced Pebbles to have this.

We used black beans, cannellini and quorn mince. Had it with rice both days.

Pebbles has an aversion to kidney beans so I had to add that to my portions separately, along with extra chilli seeds.

Tonight it's egg, chips and baked beans.
Classic

Going to include breakfast here...

I'm sure Archie will agree here, but I have rediscovered Scott's Porage Oats.

Used to eat it in the 80s then moved on to own labels.

Bought some recently from Farm Foods...Wow!

Really tasty.
Delish - but try it my way - pinhead or steel cut oats soaked overnight - roughly a cup of oats to a cup of water. I don’t add anything else keep stirring while gently cooking 👌
Even more delishiser

Tonight it's going to be very windy.
I've corrected that for you.
;)

Ahh well, we were going to have something from the menu of our local Italian restaurant tonight, just order online and go and collect it, because the Mrs had a £20 voucher that she won at Bingo at Christmas, but she can't find the voucher, so we're having chicken n chips out of the freezer.

Last night we had an experimental, off the internet recipe of , baked cauliflower with walnuts plus pasta. Two hours later and an emergency rush to the loo. Tonight's effort is the left overs of the evil concoction into a pasta bake with god knows what! I bid you all a fond adieu as I feel like a bit part in the Midsomer Murders . 👻
