Just bought an RX9. OK experience. Back bumper had a scratch, so asked for replacement. They say they will file and update, let's see. Dealer is pretty cheap though, stingy I mean. They gave me window tinting in the package, but did not do my panaromic sunroof, which as you can imagine lets in a lot of heat.
