Hi,

Looking to buy a 2026 ZS Hybrid+ in Spain which was registered on the 1st feb 2026, I've seen lots of issues with the revs and loss of engine power on hills but nothing recent. Is the issue still present in 2026 models? I've not had a Hybrid before but understand that some of the over revving is a characteristic due to it trying to charge the battery. Thanks.

AS far as I know, the ZS will not receive much update for a 2026 model; New cars have naturally the added length adjustment for the steering wheel that earlier ones missed, and SW should come with latest version (so no more power loss, and the initially forgotten equalizer in the stereo), but hardware otherwise will still be very similar; Rumors say that a center airbag will be added at some point in 2026 (upping the total number form 6 to 7), but MG generally seems not very open about changes etc., or timelines when stuff will come along;
