It will be 3 years in March and has done 17,000 miles, but the maximum mileage I can get is about 123, the battery has been checked by my local MG dealer who said the battery is fine, is this normal as MG quote that it will do 165.
any advice please

My car is a little older with similar mileage. If I fully charge on the 7kw unit at home, then do the following: select Econ, zero both trip recorders, turn off heater system.
This gives a GOM reading of about 160 miles in winter and more in summer, up to about 175 or more.

What the GOM is telling you is that the way the weather has been, the roads you have been driving on, and the way you have been driving, that is the mileage you can expect. If you reset the trip counters and turn everything off, you'll get a higher prediction, but that's not the true picture. :)

I did a charge to 100% on my 2020 MG ZS EV Gen 1 last night, With everything switched off & trips reset It's showing 165 miles in Eco mode, 151 miles in Normal mode & the Sports mode was 143 miles, My current M/kWh was 3.1, Mileage 3001.
The SOH has gone down slightly to 98.59 from the last SOH reading of 98.7 two weeks ago.

So yesterday After charge overnight it was showing 155 after usual routine. So taking Chowbenters figures for a car that is 2 years younger and only done 3000 miles, that seems reasonable, about 5 miles lost over 2 years and about 15000 miles more.

ours hated the recent cold snap and dropped to your figures. As it’s warmed I’m back up to 165 same as others. I run it (mostly) without the fan in eco and get around 4mi/kWh daily.
