Pod Point BETA schedule charging testing invite

I signed up for pod point beta testing and just had an invite to try a new schedule charging feature. I'll let you know how I get on.

I’ve rung twice today and was told my charging unit had a software update and I would receive an email for the beta app but nothing as yet !!

Yes the charging unit it seems had a software update for the beta app - that’s what I was told by pod point !!

Just had an email invite to test the beta app. Looks OK so far, I'll test it out later.

I'm on Android 11, not sure if it affects who they are using as beta testers.

I've just set a quick test charge for 18:00 till 19:00.

The car is currently connected but not charging, the car is displaying 'connected not charging' message.

I'll give an update later, but so far so good.

The charge started at 18:03 for some reason, not sure why there would be a 3 minute delay, but looking good...

That looks promising. I note from your screenshot that you have a "at home" tab on your app. I too run android 11 and have no available updates on my current podpoint app.

Is this how you program the charge? Just wish they would roll it out to all that have agreed to be beta testers.

I got an email this afternoon with a link to a beta version of the app in the play store.

After I did the update, the at home tab appeared and that is where you do the scheduling. The charge information still appears in the stats tab.
