No ‘Exclusive’ trim new cars available in UK?

Save for a red/red interior (I don’t dislike, boss has vetoed) and blue/red (do not like the blue) I cannot find a preferred white/black HS Exclusive PHEV. If anyone knows of one anywhere in mainland UK I will give small donation to charity of your choice.

I know of a black one with black interior, I was at my supplier having a chat and he was saying that next shipment would be December also has blue out red in pre reg so is £27,290

Thanks but black and blue are out. Do not like black cars and the blue is incipid.

Form what I was listening to at the weekend you may need to order one to get one from the next shipment if there is any on it.

I cant remember exactly, but when I was looking for a red HS, a couple of the dealers I spoke to had white but this was back in August. I think Guildford had 1 and also one of the dealers in east london.

I called about 15 to finally find my red exterior / black interior. If you can stretch to a white exterior and red interior Caffyns in Ashford has one, I saw it there last week, I even filmed it for a youtube video im planning on doing. You can ask for Joe the manager and mention Stuart, he may also have a white exterior / black interior.

If you buy off him, he will also throw in some mats

Good luck, I picked up my car on the 4th and the white was new on the forecourt so with any luck its still available. Ask for Joe which is the manager, I have my own youtube channel and said I would do a video review of the MG HS in due course once I'm familiar with it. The HS doesn't normally come with mats, but Joe's agreed anyone who mentions me or the video when its out will get free mats.

I know free mats is nothing wow but free's free

Actually, I called loads of dealers and red was the rarest colour, then white. I would have chosen the white with red as it gives it a sporty look, if it weren't for the fact that I have a power line above my driveway with birds crapping all over of my car.

The most hideous colour which a few dealers were trying to push on me was blue ext / red int. Now that is an awful combination. Good luck!

Spoke to Joe, the car is in Excite trim so no joy. Agree blue with red is awful, almost matched by red with red. However Joe said he will see if he can find something in the system and get back to me ASAP.

Thanks for the update. Sorry about that, I didn't even notice it was an Excite as I was running late that day to pickup the car. Fingers crossed he can find you something!

Back in August I was looking sepcifically for a red/black. I even tried calling MG head office, they told me they don't have a central database for stock and just need to call dealers.

I started in London where I am and went through every dealer in a growing circle outwards. In the end I had to go as far as Ashford to find one. Not sure if you have that sort of time but it may work for you.

Had SWMBO not kept changing her mind we could have had a white one couple of weeks ago - they are now gone. I tried phoning MG too but they may have a different response direct to the dealers.

Pretty much all saying same, there might be an odd Pimlico blue with red leather about and York MG still had a red with red car last week.

That's a little crazy as on one of the other threads, someone mentioned an article about 2000 mg cars arrived not that long ago in the uk. Not that I would sell but because I bought on affinity, just wondering if I could sell a 71 plate exclusive for more than £27k and make a profit lol
