yeh it does seem weird. If it didn't work at all then you could say the SE doesn't have that feature, but not to work when it simply plugged in doesn't make sense

Yeh I had read that as well, but like I said, it works fine when the car is not plugged in. Only fails when the cable is plugged in, regardless of whether it is charging or not

I did 70 mph yesterday from dealer to work, on adaptive cruise control and I was hanging around (ie not driving economically) and it returned 3.2 m/kWh. Just to help you all with updates... I ordered a red LR trophy and been told today that it is due 12th July. Looking at Portbury this should be the ship Splendid Ace which has just left China. Ordered beginning December from MG in Derby. Hope everyone else's is on the ship!
