Finally getting round to rotating my tyres after 18k miles, and the fronts are so far gone they basically need to be replaced. Rears are brand new. Is this typical?

A cold month, and I felt I used AC a lot in the first half of the month - the dog was near constantly wet and in the boot. Dryer toward the end of the month but still often very cold on my commutes. This morning varied between -5 and -4 degC. Brr!

A big drop in efficiency this month for me. Lots of use of heating and A/C with all the rain we have had, not to mention the lower temps.

For sure, but there is also a clear correlation in the data posted here between monthly AVG speed and efficiency, so it cannot be discounted despite being individually flawed.

A little cooler this month I think

Facelift model data is interesting so far though it is sparse. I wonder if the pre-facelift is over-reporting / if the facelift is underreporting. There seems to be a resolvable disparity in the reported figures so far. Something to keep an eye on.

My August figures

I found this quite interesting. Playing with the data. A strong and consistent relationship between average speed and efficiency over the last four months, with the line sliding to the right as temperatures increase. I'm afraid Philb is abit of a July outlier at 20mph with 3.9miles/kwh

Forum data for 2023 so far

A low mileage month for me. Mostly commutes and shuttling kids about. We were abroad for a week so fewer commutes than usual.

Octopus night time tariffs are available in my part of Aberdeenshire (I happen to live next to a library with 4 CPS chargers...). Try giving them a call as it can be more successful than the website
